Shipping Information
Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Typically, orders are dispatched within 7 working days after being placed. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, please understand that these times are estimates and not guarantees.
Orders placed on weekends and certain holidays are processed on the next business day. However, delays may occur during busy periods, such as sales events.
*Note: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends. Delays are expected for orders paid on Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the carton. If you prefer to collect your order at the Sweet Cherry warehouse, please allow up to 3 working days for the goods to arrive at the warehouse.

After processing your online order, you will receive a confirmation email with a delivery tracking link, allowing you to track your order at any time.
