Warranty Registration

1. The warranty grants the right to repair but does not include product exchange or return.

2. This warranty is applicable in Malaysia for products distributed by Wan Lee Sdn Bhd. The warranty duration varies by product and applies only to the original purchaser. It covers manufacturer defects but not wear and tear.

3. Manufacturing defects refer to faults in the mechanism that affect the product’s usability, safety, and performance. Different product categories have different parts covered under the warranty. Details of the warranty lengths are as follows:

a) Fairworld strollers have a 1-year warranty for manufacturer defects in the frame, including issues like wheels, chassis problems, weld breakage, frame tube damage, folding buttons, and harness malfunctions. This does not cover soft materials, or fabric wear from regular use. Proof of purchase is required, and the warranty applies only to the original buyer.

b) Infant car seats, baby car seats and boosters are covered by a 1-year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, including issues with the seat body, headrest adjustment, recline button, ISOFIX system, 360° spin button, harness adjustment, or locking clip. Accessories, soft materials, and fabric wear from normal use are excluded. Proof of purchase is required.

c) Spare parts and beddings are final sale items and are not covered by any warranty.

4. The warranty does not cover the following, and Fairworld is not liable for:

a) Normal wear and tear, such as worn-down wheels or tires, fading of fabrics over time, or worn patches from regular use.
b) Rust or corrosion on wheels or chassis due to extreme environmental conditions or inadequate maintenance.
c) Incorrect assembly, faulty installation of third-party parts, or substitution of non-Fairworld components.
d) Damage from improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow product instructions.
e) Improper storage, care, or cleaning not in line with manual instructions.
f) Damage to handlebars, upholstery, or fabrics from daily use.
g) Damage from accidents, carelessness, or unsuitable parts, including damage during air or freight transport.
h) Repairs by unauthorized third parties.
i) Accidental, intentional, or abnormal use damage, or insufficient care.
j) Defects from abuse, neglect, or use not indicated in the user guide.
k) Tire punctures, holes, or tears.
l) Leaking batteries, if applicable.
m) Purchases from unauthorized distributors, resellers, or dealers, or second-hand products.
n) Products with damaged or removed serial numbers.
o) Customer dissatisfaction regarding product fit, weight, functionality, color, or design.

5. The stated warranty period applies only to new stock. Fairworld reserves the right to alter warranty coverage for floor display units, open-box items, or lucky draw prizes.

6. Register your purchase within 30 days at the form above to be eligible for the warranty. Products not registered according to these terms, or without valid proof of purchase, will not be covered. A digital copy of the proof of purchase must be uploaded.

7. The warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized Fairworld distributors, resellers, and dealers.

8. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

9. This warranty covers defects that arise entirely or substantially from faulty manufacturing during the warranty period. Claims made after the warranty period will not be entertained.

10. This warranty applies only to Fairworld products sold in Malaysia. For accepted manufacturing defects during the warranty period, customers may seek repair or part replacement, whichever is lower, at Fairworld's discretion. Fairworld does not guarantee the timeliness of repairs or replacements and is not liable for any associated delays or losses. No standby or substitute product will be provided during repairs.

11. Fairworld reserves the right to modify the warranty terms due to changes in services, products, or spare parts, or to comply with applicable policies, rules, and regulations.

12. This warranty is valid only for new products purchased with a valid legal invoice or sales receipt and is non-transferable. Customers must present proof of purchase and a fault description to claim warranty benefits.

13. To request repairs or spare parts under the warranty, customers must present proof of purchase and a warranty certificate received upon product registration. Retain these documents for as long as the product is in use.

14. Wan Lee Sdn Bhd will validate the product upon receiving a warranty claim request. The original valid invoice or sales receipt must be presented to verify product authenticity.

15. When repairing a product, Fairworld may replace defective parts with new or equivalent used parts. All exchanged parts become the property of Fairworld, which reserves the right to change part manufacturers as needed.

16. The exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of parts at Fairworld's discretion. Fairworld reserves the right to discontinue models, colors, fabrics, or accessories and may replace products with equivalent items. Replacement parts may include refurbished items.

17. If a product is repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the warranty will continue for the remaining original period only.

18. Fairworld reserves the right to charge for services outside the warranty coverage and may decline service if the product is obsolete or no longer serviceable. Products must be collected within 90 days of service or inspection notification.

19. If a product submitted for warranty service is found ineligible, a repair cost estimate will be provided, and repairs will be made upon payment or payment arrangement.
